Welcome
The Coastal Collaborative Trust (CCT) was formed in March 2024 through the conversion of Hodgson Academy from a single to multi-academy trust (MAT) with the commitment of four other founding partners of the trust.

We were formally joined by The Blackpool Sixth Form College in October 2024 and welcomed Lytham St Anne’s High School in February 2025 along with Mckee College House and Chadwick High School in September 2025.
Our trust has very much been constructed on a ‘partnership of equals’ basis and the Trust Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) has been constituted to fairly reflect the contributions from the schools and the sixth form college that have joined and are scheduled to join.
Our motivation to come together and form the Trust was driven at each school/college level and collectively, by a desire to collaboratively create something that will serve the needs of local students, families, communities, and businesses and become, over time, greater than the sum of the parts. Our vision and values which are detailed within this site are the foundation of our ethos and shapes the way that we will operate as a trust.
We are excited to work in this area and to make a difference to the lives of all our students to prepare them for life beyond education and to make real and meaningful contributions to our communities.
I hope that the information provided through our website encourages you to find out more about us and the important work that we do. We would welcome your feedback about the website or any aspect of the Trust, via our Contact Us page.
